Because we are a small, family-owned brand and many of our pieces are handcrafted in limited batches, we do not offer returns. However, we do accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unworn, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping labels may be provided depending on the situation and location.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@maravank.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an exchange. Once the original item is approved for exchange, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
